Use responsibly
You may use the app to reference media you are entitled to access and to create your own private reflections. Do not use it to infringe copyright or another person’s rights.
No media service
The app does not download, redistribute, host, transcribe, or publicly share audio or video. A source URL remains only a reference to the original service.
Your data and backups
You are responsible for your local data and backups. Browser storage can be cleared by browser settings, device policies, or private-browsing behavior. Export JSON regularly if your markers matter to you.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is,” without warranties. It should not be used as the sole record for medical, legal, safety-critical, or other high-stakes obligations.
Open-source license
The software is distributed under the MIT License. These terms are effective 28 August 2026.
